What does each room include?
There are 10 rooms. Each one is private and includes its own bathroom, desk, coffee maker and TV — your own space to rest, work or study without relying on the shared areas.
What's included in the price?
Utilities, high-speed wifi, cleaning of shared spaces and use of the kitchen, dining room, laundry and terrace. No surprises at the end of the month.
Which areas are shared?
The kitchen and laundry are shared. The common areas are cleaned regularly so day-to-day life stays comfortable and tidy.
Is it close to the University of Alicante?
Yes. It's in San Vicente, right by the campus, so it's a great fit whether you study there or you're interested in the area for work or for some peace and quiet.
Do I have to share a bathroom?
No. Every room has its own bathroom.
Is cleaning included?
Yes, for the common areas. Your room and private bathroom are your own responsibility.
Who can live here?
